I'm going to see how this stuff compares to some of my favorites. Just finishing up a tub of N2KTS. Here is a list of my top 3 favorite preworkouts.
1)White Flood (Underrated)
2)ASGT
3)Jack3d
On arm days I use a combo of Jack3d and 100mg of Viagra....this is my most favorite Preworkout combination.
Training split goes like this:
Mon-Chest and Tri's
Tues-Cardio/Abs
Wed-Back and Bi's
Thurs-Shoulders
Fri-Legs
Sat-Full body workout....I take 2 full off days every 2 weeks.
On Tuesday I do 8 miles cardio and full core workout with pushups and pullups in between throughout the day. Cardio every day at 4 miles.
I will test LITup in the following categories:
-Mental Focus
-Endurance
-Pump
-Vascularity
-Energy
I know this has DAA in it....don't know the exact dose but I will report if I notice any test increasing side effects.
Macros and Cal fall between 3-6k depending on my activity, I do alot of training with specialty spec ops training units sometimes. Mainly listen to my body, watch the mirror and use calipers. Recomping right now after a nice 4 month bulk.
