Arimatest and The One questions

I've done a cycle of Spawn and gained 20lbs and kept 15lbs. I PCt'd with iforce reversitol. I want something with less sides and I wanted more info on The One.

Common Sides?
Teste shrinkage common?
How do both cycles compare?

I'll have more questions but i cant think right now...

and..

I have a pack of Arimatest how can I incorporate that? Can I do a month of arimatest and then immediately go to the One?

Common Sides

Right now some acne and lethargy (that can be combated by splitting the dose or by using a preworkout product/stimulant) by users. A couple of loggers have reported testicular hardening and shrinkage (Metroba and russianstar), but it has not been a major issue. If you have mpb there is an increased risk for it, but so far there have been no reports of any hair loss.


How cycles of Spawn and The ONE compare

This would have to be answered by someone who has done both.

i have some questions about the one/second gear to anyone that could help me out??

-first- when you finish your cylce of the one and you move to your pct using second gear when can you begin taking the one again?
-second is it ok to take nitric oxide along with the one or during pct with second gear?
-lastlyi have read that the one creates some water weight just seeing if it was ok to take a product like hydrazide competiton strength to eliminate the water weight?

the one is a ph/ds so you cant just jump back on it. typically people use cycle+pct as the gap between end of PCT & their next cycle

yes that is fine because Nitric oxide is just a pre-workout. You should feel some energy & hardening effects as well as vascularity increase from the one itsself though.

Not sure what this product is? If it is a dieuretic I would save it for PCT or post PCT... water weight tends to diminsh once the cycle is over with. Where did you read about water weight? I have not heard much in response to it thus far.

You should have at LEAST 4 WEEKS MINIMUM between the end of the PCT for one hormonal cycle and the beginning of another. Ideally you should have more, but that is a minimum recommendation.

You can use a NO product with The ONE and 2nd GEAR (although you may not want to with The ONE (this will vary on an individual basis), as it gives pumps enough on its own; if you're sensitive to high blood pressure then don't use one).

The ONE is a DRY compound. There is NO water weight created by it (not sure where you heard that), so you don't need anything to eliminate it.

NO, you DON'T need to take a diuretic because of the creatine. Creatine does not always add water weight (and if it does, it generally only happens in the few days of LOADING it, if one does that); you just have to select the right product. NeoVar Recomped is recommended (although you can use another), also because of its nutrient repartitioning properties.
