I'm 35 years old and I have been training for about 16 years.
I think that it's really difficult to find good bodybuilding information for this age group on the internet.

After looking around the forum for few weeks, I had to join this forum. I have to say that this is one of the best bodybuilding forums.

Agreed! The guys here are alot more helpful and understanding than over @ bb.com Over there they think you should already know your questions answer, it's VERY clique-ish, and it's all about the drama over there. This place is awesome.
