I am new to this site not even 24 hours yet but i need some advice. I'm 36 170lbs with 17% body fat. I want to be "skinny ripped" and drop 8% body fat. What would u suggest I need to do?

Diet and exercise.

Try IF and a solid routine just keep your expectations where they should be. Don't expect to do this in 12 weeks.

My suggestion is diet for 12 weeks. Slowly ramp up your calories by 250 / week until you're up to maintenance then hold there for 4 weeks. This will allow your body to take a break from cutting. If you feel you need to lose more body fat after that diet for 12 more weeks, slowly ramp up and repeat if needed.

Learn how to cook and go on a low carb diet.
No alcohol, no cakes, no processed sugar, no junk food and you will get there.

Thank you! Would u recommend any supplements? My friend suggested a test booster. He said to do one cycle?

What supplement is he referring to?

D-pol and erase would be great for boosting test and limiting estrogen.
erase has blood work out there and so does daa (main thing in d-pol) to prove the effectiveness.

As for a cutting supplement might I suggest alphamine.

If he's referring to winstrol this is an anabloic/androgenic steroid. This is not a test booster and will shut your natural test production down if taken at right doses and lenght of cycle.

That's what he called it! That stuff does not sound good! I'm just wanting something to help me break through this wall I hit, can't seem to loose any more body fat or get cut getting frustrated almost desperate! Been same weight for 1 and half years? I'm kinda skinny already so maybe I need a little bulk instead of cut I just don't want bulky muscles? I don't know what to do?

Ok " I just don't want bulky muscles?" wrong wrong wrong lift and lift heavy you are not going to explode with muscle...it just does not work that way but building some muscle will hep you burn that fat. And your friend is a douche tard for recommending winne to someone who does not even know how to diet and exercise. The only supplements for someone just starting are protein, creatine and caffeine anything more is a waste you wont know how to utilize it so your just pissing away money.

I am not trying to be rude here just blunt honesty.

Not trying to be conceded or anything I'm just asking you what type of physique you want.

Can you post a picture of something close to what your looking for? Needless to say you will need to add muscle to your frame to look "ripped" how much depends on you personally. Also realize almost every fitness model or even fashion model is on something.

Yes that's the look! I'm taking creatine monohydrate , whey protein doing 130g (that is about my lean muscle mass 130lbs) and super pump 250. This along with good diet should be enough? I have been working out for several years now but just started eating right. The pic I sent is current. as u can see I'm not to far off but I still have a way to go. Just not sure which way to go.

I'd personally ditch the creatine for now. You're at a point where you will have the fortunate ability of gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. Realize this though: lifting weights and exercising is the EASY part. Your diet will make or break your physique. It took me many years of lifting to realize that.

Your best bet for the quickest results is to download My Fitness Pal, enter your body stats, and STAY CONSISTENT with an eating plan. The app does a fairly good job at estimating how many calories you will need to intake for your goal. The more consistent you can be, the better results you will achieve. Stick to good foods, mostly lean meats and vegetables, but DO NOT beat yourself up if you have a slice of pizza or some ice cream every now and then. Just stay consistent and make sure that whatever you eat fits within your alotted calories for the day.

I had to put in 5 years of work but it's easy to be honest.lots of muscle gain and lots of fat gains/losses.the goal is to add size then shed bodyfat to reveal muscle /cuts for the sluts.
Here's how you do it : simple and rushed
Forgive me I'm at work
Find out how many calories you need. After that subtract 200 from that number. This will be a good deficit. When progress starts to slow subtract 200 more. * no lower than 1800 is my personal limit*
Once you reach a point where your body is basicly surviving on low calories add in a bunch of cardio.

You wont lose mass if you keep your cuts 12 to 16 weeks then come off of them by slowly ramping the calories up by 200 or 250 every 4 days. This allows your body to adjust to more calories slowly which prevents fat gain. Stay at maintenance 4 to 8 weeks * you should be gaining size and strenght back due to muscle memory. * this will regulate hormones naturally.

If you need more fat loss after that just follow those steps again. Cheat days are optional but I would limit to every 2 to 3 weeks.

Nope, to lose fat you dont need much in that sense. I would recommend protein shakes to be consumed after workouts and an array of vitamins like C,D, E etc. Rest is low carb diet. If you dont have sucess with that then see a doctor and check your thyroid.
THe thing with a test booster is that you take it for 30days or so then what it takes another 2 months to recover..it will only hinder your progress.

Winstrol is a steroid, not a test booster and you would hate my high Carb cutting diet.

I wont cut carbs out unless I'm below 9%. Carbs are anti catabolic

That low Carb stuff is hard on your brain at first. I'm a lawyer so no thanks.I need my brain for litigation.

Olive oil can be a great food source aswell as boost thyroid function.

You'll probably want to blast some steak-a-drol and cruise on some tilapia-stane.
I must rep tilapia-stane when I get to a pc!

Huh say what two months to recover from a test booster he could probably be on DAA for years with out any HPTA issues...but don't do this I'm just making a point it appears to be safe but its a stupid idea.

DAA will come and go just like many others. I cant remember many supplements from even 10 years ago still around never mind 20 years ago that were test boosters. THey dont really work. Sometimes it does more harm than good. Gimmicks for ppl to buy this stuff and spend money.
I remember HMB, pyruvate whatever happend to those..lol. Still around but they garbage. Nobody talks about them anymore.
I understand what you try to say but I;ve been in this game for 20 years I've seen so much come and go it's actually comical now.
I do agree with you in that is a stupid idea. Save the money and buy food:)

Daa wont be going any time soon. It's got human studies aswell as blood work in a couple forums. Beats many ingredients on the market due to the studies alone.

Although you shouldn't take it if mental illness is a worry *aka family history*

I said low carb not atkins. Some ppl are very sensitive to carbs without reducing them is up hill battle to loose weight.
Reason why is hard without carbs at first is because carbs are actually addictive. Brain likes sugars the body not so much.

Lol I hear what you are saying and I am an older guy also started at 18 now 36....I have seen a lot come and go DAA will be sticking around for a bit. But that was not my point I was simply stating the effects are not profound enough for most to worry about major sides long term or short

Edit.
I did have a few years off in that 18 I let myself fall apart and had to fix it...so I'm 100% honest.
