Im a first timer here. Ive been looking threw the site and i like the sharing of knowledge and experiance, its great. I havent used any gear for like 20yrs and im ready to amp it up a bit. I have been using creatine and i feel strong so i know ill do well on it. Im gonna start with some test at 400 to 500 a week but other than that i could use some advise. Anything i should watch for with age too would be great. Thanks to anyone who responds.
