Hi Just joined this forum. I am here to learn as much as I can. I just started seriously training a couple of months ago. Look forward to reading many of the posts, it seem most of the people here know what they are talking about. To me being a BB is a constant learning process. :newbie:

Welcome, I try to learn every time I get the chance. I looked at BB as a sport until I first met my daughter-in-law. Last year I watched her at Arnold, then in Jan. when she stood in her wedding dress, I saw that it is a lifestyle. I guess you can say it's a learning process.
