ZNS-burnout by too many stims - which supps to recover?

Hello guys,


after 2 years using stimulants without a break I actually have a ZNS-burnout.
symptoms: no motivation, no energy, no concentration and in a bad mood. I often feel lethargic and depressed.

My actually recover stack:

-L-Tryosine (3-6g if needed)
-L-Theanine (5g if needed)
-BCAAS (X-Tend 14g pre- and 14g post-workout)
-ALCAR (3g twice a day)
-Magnesium/Multivitamine
-Phenhibut (only 1-2 times a week; 1g)
-Inhibit-E by SNS (3 caps per day to boost testo level)

Supps I´ll order soon:

-5HTP
-Melatonin

Any other supps I should try?

Try some suma root and cordyceps. That will help while you give your central nervous system a break
