Killed it today. Hit 80 for 9 on dumbbell military press which is a pr by a rep. Last week I only got 70 for 8. Overall workout was good. Diet wasn't as tight over the weekend as throughout the week but I like the added weight on the weigh in. Next few days will be much lower on carb intake.
