Bicep pump 24/7 (srs)
Today I took 10mg DBol at 8:30AM with my breakfast, 20mg DBol 2 hours pre-workout, then 10mg DBol, 250mg Test-E and 200mg Deca post-workout. Injected left quad.

Physical Notes:
When I was working out I was recovering very quickly from each set. I did 18 sets for shoulders and had to make myself leave but I know I could of done more... alot more.

Mental Notes:
Nothing different here. Still happy and hyper.

Diet:
Ignore the meal times. These are 6-7 seperate meals throughout the day.



Workout:
By the way, the way I train is slow and controlled on the negative and explode on the positive.
I try to hold it for at least a second.

thats the dbol, i noticed INSANE endurance, on dbol my military press went from 180x8 to 205x8(with ease) in 10 days- seriously omg dbol i love love love it
I havent used dbol in over a decade, it was the first thing I ever ran....all I remember is hating how I looked on it, but all these comments of yours is really tempting me....you dont notice any facial bloat on it? my bodyfat was much higher then than it is now so maybe I'll respond differently?

Friday 6/17/11 Feedback

Today I took 10mg DBol and 12.5mg aromasin at 8:30AM with my breakfast, 20mg DBol 2 hours pre-workout, then 10mg DBol post-workout.

Physical Notes:
Workout out again and felt like I could do more sets than I had planned so I added an extra exercise to my workout.
So I get really bloated after my meals. Don't know whether it's because I haven't had this much food in a long time or it's the Dbol.
Feel pretty lethargic after my breakfast then after my workout.

Mental Notes:
Nothing different here. Still happy and hyper.

Diet:
Ignore the meal times. These are 6-7 seperate meals throughout the day.

Yo sweet log man! One suggestion I would make is bump the test e to 750mg a week 6 weeks in.

So another off day, celebrating fathers day with the folks. They got alcohol like beer and margaritas.

Would it hurt if i had a couple of drinks while on cycle?

No Ace, I wouldn't worry about having a few beers today with pops... It's not gonna hurt ya. Don't get smashed today, try to keep it around 3 beers.

The problem is when your drinking every weekend.

Week 2 - Monday 6/20/11 Feedback

2 weeks in this cycle! Weighed in at 193lbs this morning.
10mg Dbol in the AM, 20mg pre-workout, 10mg post-workout.
250mg Test-E and 200mg Deca pinned into right glute.

Physical Notes:
Pumped all day. Look and feel like a champ.
Rotator cuffs getting beat quicker than before though. Need to find a way to keep them healthy.
Cotton mouth during my workout.

Mental Notes:
Nothing different here. Still happy and hyper.
No lethargy today.

Diet:
Ignore the meal times. These are 6-7 seperate meals throughout the day.

I've met you in person, and your a nice guy- so am I, but trenbolone will more than likely make you an *******- it did to me- now everyone reacts differently, but for me it wasn't worth it, i can get tren like effects with NPP/Masteron

NPP holding the anabolic side, and mast holding the androgenic side


JMO- your lean as it is, and i bet after this cycle bro your gunna be big/lean

Week 2 - Tuesday 6/21/11 Feedback

I took 10mg DBol and 12.5mg aromasin at breakfast, 20mg DBol 2 hours pre-workout, then 10mg DBol 5 hours later.

Physical Notes:
Awesome pumps today. I remember first thing I did as soon as I woke up while laying in bed was to flex my biceps and they felt as if I had just gotten done working them out. Nice and firm, pumped!
Felt pretty bloated after my meals but I'm getting used to it.
No lethargy till I was about to start lifting but my pre-workout drink fixed that :p
Was horny as **** throughout the day, got that fixed.
Getting compliments on my size, caught 2 cute chicks at the front desk at my gym watching me while I was doing my seated rows ;)

Mental Notes:
Was very calm and relaxed throughout the day. Hyper in the gym.

Diet:

Even though these meals are separated by meal times, it was actually about 6-7 seperate meals throughout the day.

SparkPeople. Just google it. It's a free calorie tracker with a food database shared with all the users. Very easy to use and been using it for the past 2+ years.

On the first page I think your normal flat bench you start off with 205x5, just figured that was different than the norm thought it was kind of interesting. I usually hit real light first then jump up in increments like 135x12/185x8/225x6. I'm gonna try your method see if I get better results!

Oh no dude that was just my first working set. I always do a warmup similar to yours.

This week before my working set for bench press I did 45x12, 135x10, 155x6, 185x3, 205x1.

If I jumped straight to my workout set I'd die lol
