Hi guys,
I'm running this "stack" for about a month or so before I start my next cycle.
Currently on a pretty good cut; will lean bulk/recomp for a month or two starting in early sept but mainly working on shredding this summer. I started this about two weeks ago.
Starting weight 231
Current weight 228
Bf: 11%
Shooting to cut to about 220 before I start my next bulk cycle.
Keeping cals pretty low around 2500 during this cut with carbs around 100g.
Today's workout:
Shoulders rep target 25
Db overhead press:
135 x 7, 6, 6, 6 120 x 8
Bb shrug:
585 x 9 8 8 495 x 8
Single arm Db lateral raise (leaning 15 degrees against a bench, pinky up about 15 degrees, from dead stop)
80 x 9 8 8 70 x 8
Arnold press rest pause:
100 x 12, 3 (was pretty tired by this point)
Pretty solid workout, more weight than I usually do for that many total reps, I really like this workout design.
