Select Chocolate 'Popeye' Cake:

190 Calories:
33g protein, 8.5g carbs (4.5 fibre), 3.5g fat

This is a super simple to make, healthy microwave cake. Gluten/dairy/sugar free.

Directions:

All you need is a good blender or Nutribullet, everything goes in until well mixed then pour into a cooking-sprayed large mug or microwaveable bowl. 4 minutes in the microwave at a medium-high power pending on your microwave, too high and it will overflow.

Ingredients:
1 scoop Select protein
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup egg whites
2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
3g stevia
1/4 tsp baking powder
Dash of cinnamon
Dash Vanilla extract
1-1.5 cups of spinach

Spinach adds a whole lot of volume and of course fibre/vitamins, and you won't taste it under all the chocolate. Comes out quite moist, one of the best microwave cakes I have seen for consistency.

Topped mine off with even more chocolate

Enjoy!

Select Chocolate Honey-Graham Muffins

image-3880031032.jpg

Again muffins have already been done many times but if recipe/macros are wanted I will get on it.

Muffins are a nice portable way of getting in my daily Select as a snack, baking up a new variation every time I go through them.

D2lift...he...he gets me.... ;)
I try.

So my family is now a whole lot of Select supporters apparently. All my baking over the holidays was shared at events and they all hounded me for recipes, especially when I told them the calories.

Made a recipe page for them and of course my pictures were all Select contest pictures with the tubs in them. Long story short, 3 of my aunts and 2 cousins now have Select in their cupboards lol.

PES Select Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe

Dry:
50g PES SnickerDoodle Select
1 Cup Splenda (Used 50g)
60g Pancake Mix/Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Oatmeal (I used 80g SnickerDoodle from My Oatmeal.com)
30g Reese Chocolate Chips
4g SF/FF Pudding Mix

Wet:
50g Greek Yogurt
50g Plain Yogurt
1 Egg
1 White
Tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees

Combine Whey + Splenda in a bowl and mix with it Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Extract, and Plain Yogurt to make a thick paste using a hand mixer.
Add 1 Egg and 1 Egg White to the paste formed with the Whey + Splenda + Yogurt + Vanilla Extract.

In a Second bowl combine Pancake Mix, SF/FF pudding Mix and baking powder, this will be added into the original bowl with the whey, yogurt, and Splenda made into a paste plus the eggs. (Can use a spoon to mix here)

In a Third Bowl combine Oatmeal + Chocolate Chips. This will be added last into the main bowl and mixed together (again using a spoon)

Take a large spoon and use to form rounded tablespoons and drop them on a cookie sheet, which will be baked for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Eye these; they may cook a bit quicker, so check at 10 minutes to see if they are done.

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes prior to eating.
Enjoy!
