I used to just take 200mg caffeine and a nibble of cialis pre-workout, but after sampling some white flood reborn, im hooked. Previously, i was skeptical that there were any effects beyond the caffeine, but, even beyond the extra pump, i feel a bit more focused, a bit more aggressive.
I want more control over the caffeine content, ie so i can take more for a morning workout and less for evenings.
Major thanks to anyone who helps me formulate my own DIY.
Here are the things I have or am planning on buying. Im not entirely clear how much overlap there is with different pump/vascularity supplements. IE, if I'm already taking cialis, would that cancel out the need for some of the other supps, or are they all working via very different pathways.

Ephedrine (separate and used sparingly)
Agmatine
Citrulline
Nitrates
Beta Alanine
