Hi guys after an unsuccessful first week on my keto diet (gaining 3 lbs nearly) ive decided i need to drop the cals (currently 2400). Question is, where do i drop them from?
Diet is below any comments greatly appreciated, bearing in mind im currently 300lbs give or take, 6ft 2 and around 30% BF.
