No need to high dose it. 300 mg twice daily is good enough. I notice the benefits around week two or three. Not saying it doesn't work prior to then, but that is when I start "feeling" it. By that I mean my head is less foggy on a daily basis, I wake up more rested and I just feel better overall. Here are some good reads.

There isn't a need to go above 600mg/day KSM-66 (30mg/day withanolides), but the highest dose I've seen used in a study was 100mg/day withanolides (from 1000mg/day Sensoril) that noted improved reaction time (cognitive and psychomotor performance) after 14 days of supplementation.

600mg/day of a 5% withanolide extract is a staple of mine (either from Jarrow or AlphaMax XT). Sometimes I do like to take a bit more though, which will often just be another 300mg with the PM serving of AlphaMax XT, giving me 300mg AM and 600mg PM.

It does. I guess I worded my post poorly. I was agreeing with you that 300mg 2x (600mg/day) is plenty (and very research supported), but it's ok to dose higher.

Pulled the trigger and just got the jarrow brand. Will dose at 600mg everyday.

No issue with that. My staples are essentially PEScience select, Ergonine (which really covers my needs for staples anyway), and high volume.

Like what? I'm interested to see what you take. I'm experimenting with Ashwagandha and Rhodiola on their own now. Also starting to take Magnesium pre bed and seeing how that works out. Going to be adding in TruCurcumin next.

Betaine HCL + pepsin 3 caps per meal (2 meals daily)
NOW Super Enzymes 2 caps per meal
Vitamin C 1g
Magnesium Glycinate 800mg
Vitamin D 6000IU from D-Mulsion Forte
A sip of Garden of Life Cod liver oil for Vitamin A mostly, omega 3 secondarily
P5P 50mg
Zinc glycinate 30mg with meal 2
Copper 2mg with meal 1
Grape seed extract 500mg
Swanson's High Potency Activated B-complex 1 per day
Vitacost Once Daily mainly for good forms and quantities of selenium, B vitamins etc 1 per day
A scoop or two of a 3:2:1 mix of glutamine, taurine and glycine
