Hi Everyone,
I have been doing a lot of kettlebell work these last few weeks.
During the two arm swings, and one arm swings, either someone pushes down when the kettlebell is finished going up, and floating. Or, I just envision someone pushing down on it.
That seems to increase effectiveness. Can anyone explain why this works? What forces are at work (increased eccentric acceleration, less use of arms?)
