What does is the best for size gains on Epistane ?

I know they say inbetween 20-40mg a day for a first timer, but would 20,30,30,45.45.45 be too much for 1st time cycle ?

Start at 20 for a week or 2 and gauge where you're at/how you feel. Bump to 30 again for 2 weeks if everything is going well. If it is, and you aren't experience any negatives you can think about bumping to 40 for the last 2 weeks. If your setting the results you want at 30 then stay there for the last 4 weeks.

1 more question, I have a little bit of gyno about the size of a grape and Ive heard of cases where Epistane has helped, what's the chances of it dissipating ?
