Just wondering what you guys think of my diet. im trying to just gain some lean muscle and drop some bf at the same time. Im 5 foot 9 185 pounds 10% bf.
My supplements im taking are :
Element Nutrition Edge (2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol 18mg)
Milk Thistle
Isolate protein (30 grams per scoop)
Carnivore Protein (22 grams per scoop)
Multivitamin
Fish oil
BCAA 4g
pre workout - Craze
My diet:
9am- (pre workout) cup of oatmeal with 2 scoops of carnivore, craze
12pm- (post workout) 2 scoops of carnivore, banana
1pm- 2 cup of brown rice, pound of tilapia
3pm- 4 grams of BCAAs and 1 scoop of isolate protein
6pm- 2 sweet poatatos, 1 pound of tilapia
9pm- 8 grams of BCAAs, 1 scoop of carnivore
