What do you guys think of my diet for lean, dry gains ?

Just wondering what you guys think of my diet. im trying to just gain some lean muscle and drop some bf at the same time. Im 5 foot 9 185 pounds 10% bf.

My supplements im taking are :
Element Nutrition Edge (2a,3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol 18mg)
Milk Thistle
Isolate protein (30 grams per scoop)
Carnivore Protein (22 grams per scoop)
Multivitamin
Fish oil
BCAA 4g
pre workout - Craze

My diet:
9am- (pre workout) cup of oatmeal with 2 scoops of carnivore, craze

12pm- (post workout) 2 scoops of carnivore, banana

1pm- 2 cup of brown rice, pound of tilapia

3pm- 4 grams of BCAAs and 1 scoop of isolate protein

6pm- 2 sweet poatatos, 1 pound of tilapia

9pm- 8 grams of BCAAs, 1 scoop of carnivore

Edge is not a supplement and you need to eat a whole lot more than that.

without knowing your tdee its hard to judge but i see no fat in there...

Edge is a ph/ds. So the posting this in the natural bodybuilding is kinda funny. Also you are underdosing it. Also I am assuming you don't know what you are taking move to the anabolic section and read up on pct.

On top of this read what you are taking before you start taking it.

i'd crap my pants or at least have horrible farts all day long if I drank that much in whey

ik edge is a pro hormone and ik i accidently posted this in the wrong forum section lol. Im running edge for 8 weeks 18mg 3 timers per day. I have clomid for pct and Ive done alot of research.

also its hard for me to eat real fod all day. i work alot and shakes are sometimes fast protein source for me. Also ik i should eat moe vegetables. Im working on that lol.

BTW i started this post to help fix my diet not to talk about anabolics. I thought it would be good to mention everything i am taking right now.

Steam broccoli and cook some chicken breast and invest in some ice packs and a nice bag and you have a healthy and delicious meal on the go. It just takes about 30-45 minutes the day before. Also add some rice or potatoes to that and you have a good bulking meal.

then don't eat real food all day, break it into 3 big meals instead. the eat every 3 hours stuff is horsecrap.
