For the past 10 years leg day was always Mon and Fri then it was Mon Wed and Fri for 5-6 years and now i have changed it for the past 3-4 months to Tuesdays and Fridays which seems to be working well. i will change days of workouts every 8-12 weeks from now on.

also if i do train the same body part every week i usually choose different exercises and change rep / set ranges along with order of exercises to mix things up and add variation.

R-Andro Shred Log - Day 9 Tuesday

i upped my dosage to 4 tablets today

R-Andro Shred Dosing: 1 tablet @ breakfast, 2 tablets 1 hour B4 Noon workout & 1 tablet @ dinner.


WORKOUT: Back & Cardio

Seated Rowing - 10 min warmup

Close Grip Cable Rows
15 x 100lbs - Warp Up
12 x 115lbs - 3 sets

Body Weight Pull Ups
12 x body weight - 3 sets

Rear Cable Flyes
12 x 25lbs - 4 sets

Lat Pushdowns
12 x 60 - 4 sets

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns
12 x 100 - warm up set
12 x 115 - 3 sets

Kettleball Deadlifts
12 x 30lbs - 4 sets

Lower Back Machine
15 x 85lbs - 4 sets


CARDIO: 20 minutes total
Stair Climber- 20 min @ level 6


DAILY NOTES: [/B Did not have a lot of time today, so i had to breeze thru my workout.
Definitely felt energetic, and was sweating a ton. Still getting great pumps and some nice
vascularity. I feel like I am starting to get a little stronger and can't wait to see what how
4 tablets treats me. So far Im loving it..!

I may switch up my routine and do that. Typically I will do chest on mondays and legs on thrusday or friday.
Legs are definitely my lagging body part so I should put them first.
The reasoning behind training legs on Monday, was that you should train your biggest body part
on the day that you come back the strongest from resting over the weekend, and when strength
and energy are at their highest levels.

Thats something that i need to work on. I should probably add a little more variation to my sessions,
especially when training the same body part twice in the same week.

Thanks bro. I started doing Legs on Mondays a few months back. I read an article about training your largest groups
of muscles earliest in the week, so I do legs on Mondays and Back on Tuesdays. I've also added a 2nd leg day I do
on Thursdays usually.
that's so you have 4 days to bitch and curse about how much they hurt :O)

Last week I hurt like hell all week. I did a light leg workout with my girl Monday @ lunch, then came back
later that evening and hit legs hard.

R-Andro Shred Log - Day 10 Wednesday


R-Andro Shred Dosing: 1 tablet @ breakfast, 2 tablets 1 hour B4 Noon workout & 1 tablet @ dinner.


Short workout today. But i did do some additional back exercises with my girl seeing she didnt make it yesterday.
Not going to list those exercises though, some are repeats from yesterday.

WORKOUT: Biceps, Back & Cardio

DB Curls
12 reps x 25lbs - 4 sets

EZ Curl Bar Curls
12 reps x 60 - 4 sets

Cable Hammer Curls
12 reps x 40lbs - 4 sets

CARDIO: 20 minutes total
Elliptical - 20 min @ level 9


DAILY THOUGHTS: Nothing new to report today. Still vascular, especially doing biceps.
Strength is definitely going up, reps came a lot easier today. Will go up on weight next week.

Thats what i love about R-Andro..! The last time i ran it with Osta i was able to put up 95lb dumbbells
on Incline Bench. I felt strong as fuark :)

Hmm, thats a good question. I havent been really tracking that, but endurance over all has been good.
I will have to pay closer attention to that.

next week..! Looking forward to this weeks wrap up.

Definitely. everyones body chemistry is different.

POSITIVE EFFECTS:

- Helps Increase Muscle Hardness - Yes, can already feel muscles are getting harder
- Helps Increase Lean Muscle Mass - Yes my muscles already seem bigger based on measurements
- Helps Increase Strength - have noticed slight strength increases
- Helps Increase Vascularity - most definitely. Veins have been popping on my arms all week..!
- Helps Improve Libido - small increase in libido so far
- Helps Reduce Body Fat - yes, my waist has already gotten a 1/4" smaller
- Helps Increase Energy - energy levels have been within an hour of dosing
- Helps Improve Overall Mood - yes, definitely have more of an alpha feeeling
- Helps Reduce Water Retention - yes, more frequently urinating
- Helps Improve Muscle Recovery - not sure yet
- Helps Reduce Cortisol Levels - not sure yet

NEGATIVE EFFECTS:

- Blood Pressure Increase = Yes, BP is up about 8-10 points overall from my normal readings
- Headaches - Have subsided somewhat. I've added more water, additional Hawthorne Berry & Agamatine
- Anger - No anger issues this week
- Hairloss - none noticed, but I also shave my head, so hard to tell

Nice week 2 update along with all the love floating around here. Glad the headaches have subsided. Nice shrinkage in the waist as well. Going to need some new pants when all is said and done.

LGD is one of the few things that actually worked for me - serious muscle at my age - you gonna love it!

My r-Andro from Hard Rock came in today. I'll be starting tomorrow! Probably just 1 cap twice a day for a while and slowly ramp up.
Did you feel energy or anything from the first dose?

Until the main dude answers - personally:definitely! I had an awesome workout 1/2 hour after. Great alpha feeling kicks right in

Yes, I could feel extra energy after the 1st dose. But it wasn't nervous energy like Epi Andro.
