I'm going to be cutting for the summer in a month or so... Which would be the best road to take as far as fat loss goes?
11-OXO or other hormonal product
OxyElite PRO or other stimulant based product
Recreate or other non-stimulant based product
Stacks or other suggestions?
Please keep in mind that I only want to lose fat! I understand that I will lose water weight and sometimes muscle as well, but if the fat loss is significant, that doesn't matter as much.
I'm around 12%BF. I would love to get down to 7% (that's my realistic goal) or even 5% (can you say shredded?).
My diet will be strict and I'm going to be lifting 5 days a week.
So what's your suggestion as far as supplements go?
