I use this mix with one scoop. Makes about 5 good size pancakes . 35 grams of protein , 1 gram of fat and 6 grams of fiber . I cook them with coconut oil so the fat content is higher . You can use 2 scoops of protein to jack it up you just need to add a bit more water.
Kodiak cakes are legit! Best and easiest way to make protein and regular pancakes

I agree with 5 pound tubs. The current size doesn't last long enough

Any word when this will get sent out?
They have gone out as far as I know. There was a little mishap with the message to ship getting to the right person, but that's sorted out now. :)

Recipe? Those look and sound delicious.

3 1/2 cup toasted oats
2 cup crushed Cracklin Oat bran (or just oat bran)
1 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup dried cherries
Mix together in big bowl (I use my wife's Kitchen Aid mixer) and let sit. In a medium saucepan bring these to a slow boil at medium heat:

1 cup Blue Agave nectar
1 tablespoon Molasses
2 tablespoon Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
Stir frequently!
Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in:

3/4 cup Peanut butter
2 scoops chocolate OxyEliteProtein ( more could probably be added if desired)

After the peanut butter and protein powder are dissolved in the liquid, pour into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly (I use wax paper on top and a rolling pin) in a 12×17 cookie pan that has been lightly oiled. (Spray canola oil) Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Let cool and cut into bars. I found that it works best to use a thin spatula to loosen it all up then flip it upside down on a large cutting board to cut into bars.
Makes 20 6"×1 3/4" bars about 1/2" thick.
