Diagnoised with Adrenal Fatigue back in Sept. 09'. Have been avoiding all stimulants ever since and started taking hydrocortisone and adrenal support(all doc prescribed)
Diet has been very healthy and slightly under mantinence. Want to add a fat burner that will not have any stimulant effects. Been looking into Usnic Acid and seems like it could do the trick. Anyone have any comments on its usefullness??
