I'm putting together a 'using up my half empty bottles i've got at the back of my cupboard' pulse cycle.
I have everything listed apart from the Ragnarok (which i want to try) and i'll need an extra bottle of Blue Up.
M - W - F (workout days)
wk 1-6 = 20mg PP 1 hour prewo (16:30)
wk 1-6 = 10mg SD with postwo shake (18:30)
wk 1-6 = Blue up dose - AM
Tu - Th - Sa - Su (non-workout days)
wk 1-6 = Blue Up dose - AM and PM
wk 1-6 = 1x PowerFULL pre-bed
wk 1-6 = 1x Rebound XT pre-bed
wk 7-10 (Everyday)
Torm - if necessary (dose/length of run will be dependant on how i feel)
Activate Extreme
1x PowerFULL - pre-bed
Ragnarok (Pre-workout only)
Creatine Gluconate, multi vit/mineral and fish oils throughout.
Has anyone got any comments on this set-up?
Should i add Cycle support on off days? or run it wk 7-10? or not bother with it at all?
Is DHEA advisable on off days? Or a specific Cortisol control supp, which one?
I currently putting together an order for Nutraplanet so any alterations/suggestions can be accommodated.
Also, if anyone has ran a pulse like this please chime in with your results/experiences.
