Love 5x5's haven't done that in a while.
the first weeks are 5s, then it changes the next two weeks then back to 5s then changes then a deload on the 8th week. after each 3 week block training maxes change.

had work today and had to be there before the gym opened so hit sime cardio once i made it to work. 30 min treadmill work. tomorrow once im off work it will be a rest day, then back at the grind monday morning with bench day.

not sure i dont pay to much attention with the calorie counting. today was hiit based with 30 sec at 9 mph then 1 min at 4.5. i will usually go between hiit or liss if im on the treadmill and depends on the day. usually on lifting days ill do liss for 45 min to hour and non lifting is hiit. i have been slowly cutting back calories and will be putting my self back into carb cycling which is where my body responds best to fat loss. it has just been hard these past few months taking our boat from southeast texas to the boarder for two weeks, then two weeks later going to maryland for 7 weeks. but now we have been back and everything at work is back on track and im in a groove that can support the new diet.

also not sure if its from the product but worth bringing up. i have noticed a deeper more restful sleep.

Took a off day as much as I didn't want to. But been running going on two weeks with four hours of sleep so my body needed it.

Rest is an extremely important overlooked aspect of this sport. Get your rest!

Yea I'm gonna finsh out the week lifting tomorrow amd friday. Then family coming in town amd off work this weekend so I'll rest up then back to killing it next week.

I will say now after over a week. That sleep quality has been improved even though it's just been less amount of time. And the knly difference is the product. So I cam tell a difference in that department so far

well finally got home last night and back to work today. gym didnt open till after i had to be at work. so i got in a nice 1.5 mile run then did my pushups and situps after. overall not to bad for breaking a sweat.

So Sunday night marked my last dose of TE, and overall I have to say it was a good run. Strength was up somewhat. I was easily able to do all my programmed lift percentages for all the reps needed plus some, I also found myself doing a couple extra sets on each day and going a lot heavier than needed just because I had the extra drive to push myself to see what I could do. I had no sides to report during this run. I also noticed a good bit more focus in the gym on the early morning when I lift which was awesome. But I have to say the biggest thing I noticed was improved sleep. I wasn’t sure at first if the TE was the cause but after four weeks of good sleep I have to say this was the reason. I fell asleep quicker and a deeper sleep while on TE. I would love to see how much more this product could add at twice the bottle dose and for a 6 to 8 week run.
