Back and biceps day

Deadlift: 225x6, 315x5, 405x3, 455x2, 495x0, 455x3 ( I got the 495 up, but could not lock out =\ I think I psyched myself out)
Barbell Rows: 135x11, 185x10
Low Row Machine: 120x10, 180x10, 240x5, 140x10
widegrip lat pulldown: 120x10, 180x5, 160x6
Widegrip Low Row: 120x10, 160x6, 200x5
did a few reps of back extensions body weight

bicep curls: 30x10, 40x7, 40x5
Hammer curls: 40x7, 40x7

today I felt sore especially lower back, but all in all not a bad day tomorrow is shoulder day so that should be interesting
regardless of the fail that is one mean deadlift....

Good work, anything to report on the sides or effects of UD?

none so far, but then again I am only on 8mg atm will be at 12 next week....ehh well not true I believe first few days I had some lethargy but that seemed to of gone away

Yeah man, great numbers to start a cycle with. I'm sure those numbers will be in the distant past by the end of your cycle! Hopefully you stay healthy. On cycle injuries suck. Well any injury sucks but especially when you can't progress on a cycle you just put a lot of time and money into.

so true heres hoping for the best!

anyway today was shoulder day, was in a rush and forgot to bring my log =p it was a fairly straight forward day though

instead of doing shoulder press, I decided to do standing military Press I went up to 135 lbs for a few set of 5
I did the usual side raises, and instead of front raises I did a different variation, dunno the exact name of it but you hold dumbells with palm facing up toward your face and you bring the dumbells straight up, was different but felt good, did a few more different variations of the raises and some ab workout all in all was a good day, tomorrow is normally my "BRO" day where I do tricep/Bicep =p......

Lastly, I am working on a cutting cycle for the future I will post what I go so far I would love some input, I am still doing research so adjustments will be made, any help will also be greatly appreciated, all in all thanks all for following this log it is my first time actually doing a log and it is fun!!! I also start college again Monday which means kids will be bertstaring me while I front squat, as everyone is doing their benchpresses and curls......afterall Monday is national bench day =p

First off on the cycle I plan on running next I already have used clen but this will be the first time I stack it.......I really want a killer cutting tool, and I think what I got so far is turning out to be pretty good, but then again I may be wrong XD

I plan on taking clen on a 1week on/1week off basis last time I did it 2 on 2 off, but switching it up.....on off weeks I may take some benadryl to help the receptors even if their not needed

close grip Bench Press: 135x10, 185x8, 225x5, 225x5
Bicep Curl: 30x10, 40x5, 45x3
skull crushers: 75x10, 95x6, 75x8

did some grip work

Tricep pushdowns: 85x5, 60x10
cable overhead curls: 25x10, 30x8, 25x10

felt good, anyway on Leg day I am back to my college gym so this will be interesting

calve raises: 135x10, 185x12, 225x7, 225x7 then drop setted that
seated leg curl machine: 110x10, 150x10, 170x8, 170x6
leg extension machine: 170x10, 250x7, 230x8
did more calves then some ab exercises such as the ab roller that thing works!!!!

all in all great day!!!!

DAMN that is one MEAN front squat. My front squat is barely 185 for a triple. I never have tested my true 1RM on it because I front squat at home but I dont think it's even in a 200s... (safely anyway).

honestly, I had to switch grips, I originally did the grip where it looks like your choking yourself, I could barly do 185 but then I switched to the one where you use 2 fingers to hold the weight and it just exploded

hmmm that is interesting as I do the grip you mentioned first... hmm.... Maybe my next cycle if I add in fronts.

Still looking good man! Matt is right, that is a crazy front squat! I never did a front squat until last November. I don't do them regularly, I just kinda throw them in here and there. Me likey heavy back squat! Keep it up bro!

I like to back squat but my form is crap, I lean forward to much at heavy weights and it puts a burden on my lower back, so switching it up for a little while

I know what you mean. Have you tried putting the bar a little lower on your back? That helped me out tremendously!

yea, maybe when I go back to it, it will be better...

anyway Chest and triceps

Flat Bench: 185x5, 225x2, 275x1, 300x0, 245x6 ( I am back to my schools gym and their benches suck as in my form gets derailed when I grab the BB because its so far back ah well I should have 300 soon either way)

Incline Dumbell Benchpress: 80x9, 95x5, 110x5, 110x4, 75x8
Inc DB fly: 50x10, 60x10, 70x6
DIPS: BWx7, 45x7, 90x5, BWx12
Tricep pushdown Rope: 80x11, 140x10, 140x10

finished with one more tricep exercise that went well......

ok today was Back/biceps decided to start with T-rows first but......... my left Hammy directly behind my knee in fact was in a lot of pain so before the workout I took 3 pills of Acetominophen 500mg per pill for pain relief, well pain went away but after my deadlifts I started to feel very tired, and I got a throwing up type of feeling maybe I shouldnt of taken the pills =\....other than that when I got home and ate I felt better

T-Rows: 90x12, 135x10, 185x7, 225x10, 270x6

DL: 315x4, 405x5,455x6, 315x9 ( I didnt try 495 today instead I did 455 for reps and I am happy wth 6 and to finish with 315 I did them fast to improve my explosion.

str8 arm lat pulldown: 50x10, 60x10, 70x6
bicep curl: 30x7, 40x6, 40x5

I didnt do as much after DL because I just felt horrible =\ anyway all is well now sooo heres for the best!!!

Stay away from the pain meds on a cycle. They are pretty liver toxic. I doubt there is any solid research showing how the compare but I'm sure the toxicity of Tylenol and some ph may be similar!!

yea at the time I wasnt thinking, but now I know better =X.....yep been drinking tons of water and took some livercare hopefully that will help a little?

Yea. Give the liver some supports. So long as you don't have to do that again it should be okay. Just take some taurine for head aches. Taurine carnitine and vitamin b. :)

took Friday-sunday off, was feeling pretty sick got flu like symptoms.....Felt better today being Monday, so I proceeded to do Legs short day though

Front Squat: 135x5, 135x5, 225x2, 245x2, 275x2, 315x0, 245x4 (315 felt light but I slightly moved forward and yea once i did that I lost grip lol)
calf raises: 90x10, 180x14, 225x10, 180x10
seated leg curls: 110x10, 150x10, 170x5
Dumbell Lunges: 50lbs walked back and forth same with 60lb

finished off the day with a few sets on the ab wheel

short day didnt want to push myself to hard and get sick again, feeling great though so hopefully chest day tomorrow goes well

failing the 315 front squat apparantly hurt my left hand and the wrist it was swollen a lot, but I iced it and did my best

couldnt do dips today due to wrist hurting

Sorry to hear about the migraine dude. My wife and I both suffer from migraines. Luckily it's been a while since my last episode. Mine come in groups randomly spaced out, it's weird. They are excruciating though, I hate them.

Anyways, awesome deadlift man! Still pullin that after all the other bull**** going on with you is pretty good! I wanted to deadlift today but my hams are killin me from squatting 2 days ago damn it. Keep it up and stay healthy!
Great videos too! My shoulders hurt from only front squatting 225 lol.

sorry for late updates, I had a close friend pass away, and I drove to see his family and the funeral....anyway I was still working out just forgot to update here as my mind wasnt on the site, but I did finish my Clomid PCT still on erase and DAA, but even while on my PCT I got some personal bests I managed a 405 squat parallel for one, and a 305 bench for 1 so I am happy =)
