I've been toying with the idea of experimenting with a solid PH and had my eyes on LG Sciences Trifecta Stack; however, after having conducted much research I have a few concerns that perhaps some of you un-biased (un-sponsored) users/reviewers could shed light on.
Firstly, none of the products in the Trifecta Stack are Methylated, yet the title of the products include the term, Methyl. Marketing???
Secondly, the Stack is essentially DHEA right? Scientific studies show that DHEA supplementation has NO EFFECT on lean body mass, strength or testosterone levels and that DHEA supplementation was more likely to increase estrogen levels than testosterone levels in men.
Now, I am not knocking the Trifecta Stack as I have read many many positive user reviews. I am simply trying to understand if it REALLY works????
I managed to gain a solid 30 lbs of lean muscle mass in just under two years and the only supps I took were Kre-Alkalyn, L-Arganine, BCAA's, and whet protein isolate. The problem is I have hit a plateau and haven't been able to gain for the last six months despite changing up my routine, etc.
As it stands now, I'm 6ft 2in, weigh a 230 lbs, have 18.5 inch arms and am pretty thick, yet lean. I want to get bigger and so I'm interested in PH's, but at the same time, I don't want to fall victim to hype.
