The Workout
Bi's & Tri's
DB curl (4 warm-up sets)
10 x 55 felt so easy and had an awesome pump by 3rd warm-up set
8 x 55
7 x 55

DB hammer curl
9 x 50
7 x 50
7 x 50

DB Concentration curl
9 x 35
8 x 30

9 x 180
8 x 170

Cable 1 arm rev push-down
8 x 40
7 x 40 (kinda died)

SLEEP: Good, got my 8 hours!!

STRENGTH: Goin up. Last week,I only got 9 x 50 for my first set of DB curls. This week, I had 10 x 55!

APPETITE: When I woke up today, I was starving but it all worked out b/c it made me get my a$$ up and outa bed and straight to the gym for cardio. I like doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Anyways, I think the Stim X is doing a good job curving my hunger between meals.

AGGRESSION: None today that I can remember.

ENDURANCE: Good, did cardio again this morning and ended up burning 451 calories on the stair stepper.

LIBIDO: Still good.

PUMPS: Like I said on past days and also above, the pumps from the Alpha Drive XL are insane. I did 3 warm-up sets with some pretty light weight and felt huge pumps coming on. By the time I was doing my first set of skull crushers, it felt like I wasn't going to be able to have full range of motion b/c of the bicep pump I had.

Mood: Yesterday, I was in a bad mood I believe just from having a bad lift day which I believe was from a bad nights sleep. Anyways, had better sleep last night and my mood improved. Good mood all day.

Acne: Has cleared up. I just try to make sure to wash my face throughout the day when I get a chance.

ACHES: None

ENERGY LEVELS: Good. I start losing energy around 2ish, then pop another stim, then I'm fine

Overall: Best day yet at the gym. I'm really starting to enjoy this stack. It's a shame it's coming to an end. I felt both leaner, and stronger in the gym today. Although my weight seems to be staying right around 190, I see myself leaning out and still maintaining strength...if not adding strength in some areas. Hopefully tomorrow will bring some of the same results I got today!

Random Fact of the Day

The Workout
None, was really run down so I decided to take today off. I'll be doing shoulders and calves tomorrow

SLEEP: just okay...I always sleep on my side and the past couple nights, i've been waking up in the middle of the night b/c my arm "falls a sleep". Which ever arm I'm laying on starts tingling and wakes me up. I've had this happen to me before but normally not this often. Anyone ever notice this while using Alpha Drive?

STRENGTH: IDK, I'll let ya know tomorrow.

APPETITE: suppressed .

AGGRESSION: None

ENDURANCE: Let ya know tomorrow

LIBIDO: Good

PUMPS: Didn't workout so didn't get any today. Still felt this fullness feeling all day tho.

Mood: Good

Acne: None

ACHES: None

ENERGY LEVELS: Kinda down today. I ended up taking a nap for like 2 hours today. I never take naps. Much needed and it felt good to be able to take the day off and relax.

Overall: Felt okay today. Like I said above, didn't get too good of sleep and I was kinda run down today. After I took the nap tho and the day off from the gym, I feel pretty good. Looking forward to tomorrow at the gym.

LIBIDO: Good.

PUMPS: Lats felt awesome today.

Mood: Good...Leaving for mardi gras soon!!!

Acne: None

ACHES: Little shoulder joint pain...putting an order in for some cissus powder within the next week.

ENERGY LEVELS: I loved them throughout the test. I've taken both stim x and just normal caffeine and I must say that I love the Stim X... I have responded really well to it and it really gets me goin on days when all I wanna do is lay around.

Overall: Great way to end the 30 day test. I have enjoyed every day of it and will most likely be ordering all of these products in the future. As much as I'd love to give you my feedback now, I really don't have that much time currently, so I will be posting my Final Review within the next few days.
Random Fact of the Day
In the Middle Ages, the belief that birds chose their mates on St. Valentine's Day led to the idea that boys and girls would do the same. Up through the early 1900's, the Ozark hill people in the U.S. thought that birds and rabbits started mating on February 14, a day for them which was not only Valentine's Day but Groundhog Day as well.
