Hey guys.

Recently I've damaged my axillary nerve that runs near my shoulder. I've got a constant dull pain (Some sharp sore ones also). My left arm is constantly tingling and a couple fingers feel numb.

I've been battling this issue for around 3 weeks now. It's improved but very marginally.

The strength loss in my left arm is actually freaking me out. I'm still training but lifting extremely light weights on my left arm

Anyone advice on how to speed up my recovery?

I know time is key but I wouldn't mind running some extra additions.

One product that did catch my eye was Hydrapharm - Unbreakable Pro. It's a combo of bpc 157 and some other tb500 forms that make them more orally bioavailable. Is it worth trying it out? Would bpc 157 alone help?

Not sure what else to try? I hate not being able to train proper.

Anyone done a supplement oral or injectable it doesn't bother me. I can get any of the healing peptides easy enough. Just be good to not have a tingling hand 24/7 and crazy strength loss.

Thanks

Orally tb isint going to do anything unless you take a boatload, the enhanced bio stuff is minimal, probably more marketing then anything, bpc orally will help with your gut but thats about it as far as im aware.

I dont think tb helps with nerves but i think BPC 157 regenerates damaged nerves in muscles to some degree. Im guessing you would just pin the muscle in the area just because with Injuries we know that pinning as close to the injury site is possible works best.

You also can tailor your natural supplements/vitamins and diet to favor nerve repair. Lots ov vitimins b and d, proper hydration and stuff for optimal blood flow. I dont know a exact protocol or anything like that. Blood flow to the nerve seems like the most important part

I also get the same symptoms you mentioned. When it's really bad it starts in my lat, Goes up into my shoulder and down my arm all the way to my finger tips. It seems to be the worst when I'm on a long car ride or sitting at a table. Like imagine you're playing in a poker game. Pinning bpc in my shoulder seems to help but I've always been under the impression it was a Anti inflammatory type thing that was making it feel better. Bpc and a bunch of antioxidents and the inflamation Will almost disappear overnight. Talking about my specific shoulder issue. Soon or later it always seems to come back though.

I had good luck w/ BPC-157 and TB-500 (together) when I strained my "tennis-elbow" tendon, and again with a shoulder injury...

BPC subQ….. like Smont said it is almost useless in oral form. I also used it for “tennis elbow”, it worked great but for nerve damage I don’t really know what the outcome would be.

I put it in the muscle as close to the injury as possible, i try to avoid doing it sub q, i havnt had much luck using it sub q myself. I do know it goes systemic so sub q should work. But i wonder. Say you had a knee and a shoulder injury, and you pin sub q. It cant be helping both as much as it would if you had just one injury. So what im thinking is that because bpc has like 500 uses does it get used for various things when sub q and thats why i dont notice the injury healing? Becauss its not all making it to the injury. I really have no clue

BPC, as mentioned by Smont, may help with nerve damage. Although inconclusive, one of the few things that have shown a positive effect.
Another peptide, ARA-290, has been studied when it comes to nerve damage. Seems to be very promising, but nothing concrete.

Face pulls with different implements and hand positions, high rep dumbell shrugs (pulling from the lower traps) and wrist squeezing movements always help free up nerve flow problems from neck on down to the wrist - for me.

I'm sure some of these things may help, but honestly you should prioritize the appropriate training and potentially getting a professional to help you out with managing and determining the optimal route to take. That would take care of the underlying issue(s) so it doesn't continue or just come back again.

I'm going to jump in here and support BPC and TB injections for joint/tendon/ligament repair and pain relief, it is incredible. However, I am going to add that I have been taking oral BPC for general gut health and have had a great experience overall, but something I didn't necessarily anticipate is the reduction in joint soreness during and after heavy lift days. I would always be thisclose to taking ibuprofen or other OTC to deal with it and just dealt, but the BPC has all but eliminated it. So my experience is that I would always go injection for acute pain, but oral definitely has systemic benefits for more than just gut health.

I'd consider Peptiplex. I've used bpc/tb500 and Peptistrong is just as effective for me if not more. I have no desire to ever use bpc/tb again. Been running it (Peptiplex) for months, it's healing up nagging injuries and keeping me in the gym. Cheaper too.

Bpc would keep me in the gym, then I'd run out, 4 weeks later need it again. You can run Peptiplex all year and it has more benefits than just healing injuries.

I was super skeptical of the AI discovery in fava beans, but it's not clever marketing and it's legit. A biotech company brought to market and they want to help a bigger audience than us.

Infiniwell brand. I started with the rapid release which is intended to address upper GI issues- was getting some minor heartburn and such. Just moved to extended release which is intended more for lower GI and overall health as it helps with digestion and other gut related imbalances as well as bloating. My specialist recommended it and will be carrying it soon themselves and the testimonials are very positive. Not cheap, but peptides aren't.

I've read up on it but not seeing a big difference in the benefits over well researched sulforaphane for inflammation, endurance, strength, and recovery. It seems very interesting and I am always open to hacking approaches, but not sold yet.

I've had much better luck with Pepti-Plex than with BPC/TB myself too.

I started using Pepti-Plex when it came out for the muscle building and muscle recovery benefits and the healing, inflammation, and reduced pain aspects were an awesome surprise for me. I expected it to help with that some, but nowhere near as much as it actually has.

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition in my late 20's that causes inflammation and muscle aches, pain, and weakness at times has been a part of my life ever since and gotten progressively worse over the years. Pepti-Plex has been incredible for this and has been the closest to pain free I've been since the condition started. I posted about this in the past and have heard from some other people with similar experiences with autoimmune conditions.

Also, as some people on here know, I was in a really bad accident in 2022 and destroyed my leg - complete tibia fracture that came out through the calf muscle and caused a lot of nerve and tissue damage. Multiple surgeries, wheel chair for months, 6 months of physical therapy 5 days a week, and then having to learn how to walk again. It was June of 2023 before I was cleared to even do anything like even light workouts. I take several things to help with the pain and inflammation in that area, but Pepti-Plex has been the best by far in terms of finally making progress with the muscle and nerve pain and healing.
