When transitioning into PCT/cruise try to keep keep the weights where they are, even if you lose some reps. I try to end on a weight where I’m repping about 12 so when I lose some I’m still putting up 8+ reps. And I try to make up for the volume with some lower weight drop sets at the end of each exercise. That way I’m still keeping my weights up and as well as finish with hypertrophy inducing lifts.

Add anything that raises igf-1 in blood, also a lot of peptides for gh secretion. As far as lifting goes, focus more on compound movements rather than on isolation.

I try to make the majority of my workout time around the compound movements and then 30 to 40% of the rest of my workout is around isolations. Definitely improved my all around strength when I did this.
