What's your favorite supp / workout split / sched. Vitamins, stims, sleep aids, before bed snacks etc? When I wake up I take stacker 3, adderal, multi vitamin., zinc, mag, vit. C. Eat light. Shadowbox 20 mins, high rep med. Weight training30 - 60mins, heavy bag 30 to 40 mins, then stretch 10 to 30 mins. rarely do crunches, squats 1- 2 times a week, deads every other week., pecs, tri's 2x a week, same with lats, bi's. Only iso's leg curls, tricep ext.s. started training again 1 1/2 month ago already turned 20lbs fat into muscle. I know I should eat many small meals everyday but started skipping meals and am seeing incredible progress. From belly to bronze in 6 weeks. Curious about others who don't believe all the bs the supp. Companies and industry feed us to keep buying over priced garbage. Spent several $100's if not $1000's at supp shop (won't mention name) and got better results with cheap supps and vitamins from local grocery store. I want to look like a bodybuilding physique model, most muscular not most massive. What are some of your techniques and beliefs, what works for you and what are your goals/ current progress?
