Running a PPL workout 6x a week and hopefully get some time to add in some cardio. I stepped on the scale at 258 today and will get down to 230 and re evaluate where I'm at. Just finished a solid bulk and time to look good for the spring. Today is day 3 workout for me so it's legs with shoulders and abs
