Day 21 active rest cardio/ boxing / abs

Day 22 chest:hammer strength incline press-cable crossover-incline db press
Tricep:reverse grip close grip bench press-vbar pushdowns
1 day past the half way point on this cycle and all is well through 22 days my strength is up my stamina has increased a ton my body composition has changed alot and my libido has seen a massive increase . this mornings workout was no different took all 4 caps pre workout and i noticed a huge difference in Strength everything felt light and the pumps wer intense. Weight is at 294.6 slight increase but looking leaner

Officially jealous!! Just cant get it going good today, but I did just get off a 12 hour endless night shift at EMS.

Thank you. Ive been a firefighter and EMT for 13 years, it has its moments, but I cant see me doing anything else.

Got some much neede rest after a long week at work and with my 2 boys 21 months old and a 4 week old they got the wife and i runnin lol . energy strength stamina and libido are all high love this stuff for me it compares to old epi but with no sides weight is at 295.0 gonna keep pushing on these 5:30am workouts are killers but i find my self having more energy and drive all day long more updates to come

Well here i go again im always about switching things up and making my workouts more efficient with that being said im going to this workout below starting tomorrow its my old style of working out but with the added cardio between sets instead of straight rest. I put on tons of mass and strength with this plan years ago lets see what happens now Super set workout 3 rounds each
20 sec sprint on bowflex max trainer between sets
Abs after each workout 20 sec per exercise Ab rollout/ball crunch/hanging leg raise
Day 1 chest: leverage bench incline press-cable crossover
Leverage flat bench-incline db fly
Decline db press- incline cable fly

Day 2 back:dead lift- bent over row
Lat pull- low cable row
Shrugs front/back

Day 3 shoulders: smith press- lat raise
Arnold press-rear delt fly
Shrugs front/back

Day 4 arms: ez bar curl-skull crusher
Hammer curl-vbar pressdown
21's- reverse grip / close grip bench press

Day 5 legs:squat-calve raise
Stiff deads- seated calve raise

Day 6 repeat

Day 32 woke up feeling revived after a long week tweaking my reaming cycle up the dosage to 5 caps pre workout and it was amazing !!! Taking 5 caps for the remainder of my cycle will give me 8 days left instead of 10 . my workout was a chest /back superset
Leverage flat bench 5x5 100 pounds on each side - dead lift 225 lbs 5x5 20 sec sprint between sets
Cable crossover 4-15 reps
Bent over rows 4-15 reps 135lbs 20 sec sprint between sets
Incline smith press drop sets 275lbs 3 reps
255 4 reps 225 6 reps
Lat pull down drop set 125- 115-100
I was drenched and the pump was awesome more updates to come

Day 33 woke up feeling ready to go hit arms hard this morning i thought i was filming my workout but i guess i didnt hit record lol the workout was as follows sprint for 20 sec on max trainer between sets
Ez bar curl 5x5 85 lbs super set with reverse grip bech press 5x5 185lbs

Hammer curls 4x8 with 45 lbs super set with close grip bench 4x 10 with 155 lbs

Preacher curl 4x12 with 80 lbs
Vbar pressdown 4x12 with 120lbs

Finisher was 2 sets of 21's bfr style with 35 lbs ez bar

Reverse grip pulldowns 2 sets 100 lbs
Took all 5 caps pre workout and my pump was insane didnt check my weight this morning still no sides and sleep and libido are excellent

Nice!! I switched to 5 pills as well,noticed a slight difference in pump. But i think I overdid it today between 5 and my PWO. Fixing to log todays workout in a minute. Another nice update from you though

Ill be done sunday i ran 3 caps for the 1st 2 weeks then 4 caps for 2 more weeks then switced it to 5 caps

Day 37 6 am arms workout did some bfr training this morning the pump was wow!!! Took all 5 caps pwo felt really good today the workout
bfr barbell curl superset with bfr skull crusher 3 rounds weight used for both 75-65-55 lbs

Bfr hammer curl 45-35-25 lbs
Bfr close grip bench 135lbs for 3 rounds

My weight this morning was 295.3 will post pics and final review when cycle is finished
