whats up am shoutout to dynamic for hooking me up with some of this. anyway took my first dose today did 1 cap at 7am and 1 cap at 2pm today. definitely felt hot throughout the day. does anyone know how much caffeine is in one cap?

this is some pretty decent stuff right here. havent eaten alot and i just finished eating my lunch an I am having like hot sensations which is a good sign for me to know its working. so far so good. i might hit the gym tonight after work depending on how many errands i have to do with the family.

pretty good workout consider how bad my DOMS were today. I had to ref a game and then i played a game at 5pm my legs are toast right now. I never knew how good Goblet squats could be I'm going to start using them on my second leg day in the week.

Gym closed due to snow going to take my pm dose and do some cardio in the house at 4pm today. Appetite is gone right now !! So far so good.

dude next to me and his boy were doing regular bench with the worst form elbows flared out, but sky high and then looking at me like i was weak or something smh. just to let em know i asked for spot for triceps he asked if that is all i can bench I'm like this is close grip for triceps not chest but its the same as what your doing on flat so think about that.

Hammer Db curls seated superseded with ez bar preacher curls w/25s on each side

140lbs 4x7- triceps were on fire from overheads

35lbs on each side of ez bar curl- a little too heavy for me 7x15 but took breaks starting at set 4.

overall very good workout. I had some trolli sour worms to spike my sugar intake i usually use a carb supplement but i didn't purchase any. I will get some saturday when i go to meet ronnie coleman and Marc from MTS.

nice little workout to get the pump flowing. shoulders are def more pumped up than normally. my ankle and foot is still pretty swollen but im doing okay. no fracture but might either be torn tendon or stress fracture doing bone scan and mri sometime this week when they can get me in.

Final Review: 7.5/10

pretty good on the appetite suppression. it started off very strong for me but quickly tapered off around the end of week 2. I had a ton of energy and always need to take it with food because it was so strong but in the final week not so much. I have to wait for it to kick in most days or take it with some yohimbine to get that warm feeling going. overall it was pretty good but i am also comparing this to norocdrene, alphamine, theromxyn, which are very good. thanks again for letting me log this!

ingredients- 8- looked up a few of the ingredients mostly feel good ingredients, and some water shedding basically.
energy-7.5
appetite suppression-8 but wore off after 2 weeks, i was up to 3 pills a day just to keep the appetite suppression going.
thermogenic effects-7

im comparing these to alphamine and norcodrene which i believe to be the best out right now. i did like it dont get me wrong but when comparing it to those two burners, i had to take at least 3 a day to keep the same effects. at 3 a day the bottle went pretty quick and that would cost more money in the long run if running two bottles on a cut.
