yeah, i was surprised at the calves as well. they're 17's now so we'll see how PCT treats me. thanks for the props.

thanks bro. yeah, i'll take some pics after IGF and winny, as well as after PCT. yeah, that tat took like 20 hours or something. i remember trying to do heavy bench 3 days later after it started scabbing. man, that **** was tough.

No workout today, just posting a few updates. Since I stopped the test blend on wednesday, I've basically felt pretty shitty until today. Still at 50mg winny with 40mcg's IGF. Noticed some puffy nips, 40mg of nolva later, it was gone. Started taking 100mg of clomid before bedtime as well. And just to aid recovery, I'm also taking 25mg cialis ed. For shits and giggles, took some measurements last night, no changes, everything is still up.

Ok, been real busy lately but things have been going well.

Monday's weight: 279 lbs
Shoulders and bi's went excellent. I'm still changing all the exercises around with different reps and **** for the hell of it. It seems to be going quite well.

Today's weight: 278 lbs
I'm definately starting to lean out, got some abs showing again which is a good sign. :thumbsup: Took a few measurements, everything is the same, no losses. :thumbsup: Today's workout was chest and tri's somewhat similar to last week's workout, strength is still climbing surprisingly. :thumbsup:

Looks like everything is thumbs up.......... :thumbsup:

going to work out later, just wanted to post an update on the puking blood thingy.

it turned out to be what they call a 'hiatal hernia', which they blamed it on many years of heavy lifting. basically, it causes my stomach to be pushed into my diaphram, which induces frequent heart burn (20+ times in my case), which eventually led to eating a hole in my esophagus, causing it to bleed, which i eventually puked up. and because of the puking blood thing, it doesn't allow the esophagus to heal.......it's a vicious cycle.

anywho, heart burn meds are taking care of the problem, protonix i believe is what i'm taking, similar to nexium.

moral of the story: if you have frequent heartburn, you might want to get it checked out, otherwise you'll have an anal probe shoved up your nose to pump your stomach of the excess blood. :rasp:

Yesterday's weight: 281 lbs :thumbsup:

Leg's and bi's went awesome yesterday. All lifts are up, endurance is up, blahblah. I'm getting an assload more cramps than usual and they're getting to be a pain in the ass. Finished the IGF yesterday which kind of confuses me. It should have lasted about another week at least but oh well, ain't **** I can do about it now. Stopped winny yesterday too, just sticking with nolva, clomid, and cialis now. The clomid is starting to make me an evil motherfucker though. Feel like my fuse has been removed and a little shaking just might **** **** up. :rant: Anywho, other than that, I'm doing alright, diet is still clean and I haven't lost any hunger. Hopefully, **** keeps going good.

Despite the weight loss, strength is still up, it didn't increase, but it stayed the same. Good enough for PCT. Starting to notice the water weight coming off as well.

Anywho, shoulders and back went today. Decent enough, no complaints. 30 min of cardio afterwards followed by severe cramps in the parking lot. I couldn't even get in the car without something cramping up near my ribs. While I'm stretching that out, I get one in my hamstring which causes me to stretch that out simultaneously. I'm sure it was pretty damn funny to anyone watching me cuss myself out while doing awkward **** in the parking lot. After about 10 minutes of this, I felt better, tried to get in the car, and got a cramp in both quads. I don't really know what the fucking problem is. Drinking plenty of water, taking potassium supps, getting enough sodium. Buddy of mine suggested taking vitamin E, might give that whirl, can't hurt.

Despite the weight loss, I feel great. Workout went good, did chest and tri's today with about the same strength as usual. Couple things went up actually. Cardio was a breeze, 30 minutes felt like a joke. All lower back pain that I had is gone, measurements are starting to trickle down, etc, basically water weight is coming off. I feel awesome though. But to be on the safe side, I've bumped up calories to about 4500 now. Increased sodium intake and the cramps I had on Monday are now gone. I had been eating so clean that I had forgotten about sodium intake. No biggie though.

Hopefully, the weight stops here, shouldn't fluctuate too much anymore. Clean eating is boring as **** but it works. Anywho, legs and bi's were today. Picked up squats again, got 365 for 6 relatively easy, then went to leg press and got 900 for 6. Afterwards, I sat on the seated calf machine for about 10 minutes and admired the green and black dots floating around the room. Rest of the workout went fine, strength going up on bi's a tad. Still continuing the clomid, nolva, cialis treatment and I haven't really experienced anything bad. Afterwards, did 30 minutes of cardio at a 150 heartrate once again. The cardio is cakewalk now, I think after PCT and holidays, I'll bump it to 45 minutes per session, we'll see. Anywayz, I'm heading home for the holidays, back to east coast, and the diet will probably get shitted on, but it's that time of year, so **** it. 1 week of no lifting and heavy eating might do me good. Til then, happy holidays all.

Today's weight: 266lbs

Didn't think I would have time to hit the gym before I left but did. Back/bi's were today. Picked up deadlifts for the first time in a while and got 495 for 3. Not too shabby. Rest of the workout, strength went up on everything, surprising considering the weight loss I've been having. My wife commented that I'm getting a lot slimmer, which is definately a good thing. Arms are measuring 20" cold, calves 16.75". Still quite pleased but I've still got 2 weeks of PCT left.

Today's weight: 265 lbs

Weight seems to be leveling off which is good. After that week off, I felt like I had shrunken into nothing but the measuring tape put my mind at ease, nothing had changed. Chest and tri's today, strength is up on everything. Now entering the final week of PCT and i'm feeling pretty confident at this point that the weight will hold here if i so decided to. however, i'm bumping the cardio up to 35 minutes for the hell of it. already planning cycle #2, got a thread on it actually in the anabolics section. looking for opinions on it, so feel free to chime in if you have any input.

hell, i do whatever's clever bro. powerlifting, bodybuilding, shitting on a stick, etc. :blink: i've got my big 3 down pretty good, squat is still in the works. if you've got some training routines, i'll give em a try this winter for a long ester cycle. :twisted:

Good shiznitz on the weight. I'm still eating clean with the same cals, protein, carbs, fats intake so everything is cool. Pretty sure I'm wrong, but I feel recovered. Nuts are swinging again, strength is still going up, weight going up, etc.

Anywho, leg's and bi's were today. Squats are up to 375lbs for 6 slow reps. By the way they feel, I'll be hitting over 405lbs relatively soon with no problems. Leg press, up 20lbs, 920lbs for 6 easy ones. Calves-toasted. Bi's were weird today but they always are. Like I said before, I'm lucky in the bi department, they just grow with whatever the hell I do to 'em, so I don't follow any set routine. Anywayz, this **** is almost wrapped up, Friday should be the last post in the log.

Oh yeah, did 40 minutes of cardio today as well, burned 740 cals. Heartrate got up to 193 for about a minute, machine could be fucked up, but it looked cool. Average was around 160 the whole time.

Get some bands and chains, and read the articles at www.elitefts.com under the T mag and louie simmons sections. Westside barbell makes monsters, and their techniques will work for you :)

Make friends with some powerlifters man, you'll fit right in... they'll make fun of you for your squat - but is it any worse than getting made fun of for your calves? :lol: But then, two of the guys I lift with bench more than they squat, so you might be ok :D

Oh, btw how's that shitting on a stick thing working for ya? :hammer:

there's one powerlifter in my gym who wears a westside barbell shirt that does all that crazy **** with boards, bands, chains, whips, etc. he's a pretty grumpy **** though. i'll give the website a try, thanks for the link. :wave:

You'll get those bad boys up there(the calves and no I'm not being sarcastic). Looks like things went well for you. On another note I think the wife and I are going to be planning a trip down south soon (we only have just over a month left in CA). When/if we make it down there we need to go have a beer, protein shake, big ol steak dinner, something. I'll let ya know. lates

Big fucking deal, **** the bodyweight, my strength is climbing. :) I'm back biatch.

Anywho, today was shoulders and back. Switched back to dumbbell presses to see where I was, got 110's for 8 slow controlled reps. Felt pretty happy bout that. Skip ahead.......deadlifts, got 495 for 4 reps. Time to move up to 505 next week. :thumbsup: Remaining back workout was jumbled because fuckers were clogging up **** and I couldn't get in where I wanted to. Either way, it was an excellent workout. 45 minutes of cardio followed averaging 165 heartrate. 853 calories, goddamn, that **** was rough. I'm going to continue to bump it up til I get to 1 hr postworkout. Time to start leaning out in preparation for a cut cycle that starts on February 1st. Some delusional people would call it a "body recomp" cycle, I call it a "trim my fat ass down" cycle.

Once again, thanks all for tuning in.

Final measurements:
Weight : 264 lbs (16 lbs gain)
Chest : 50.5" (1.5" gain)
Arms : 19.75" (0.75" gain)
Waist : 41" (1.5" gain) :rasp:
Thighs : 25" (0.5" gain)
Calves : 16.5" (0.5" gain) it'll do for now

Damn dude, you have some gorilla shoulders to do 110 for 8 slow controlled reps on the dumbell press. I struggle like death to do 115 for 3-4 reps. Do you do them seated or standing?
