it turned out to be what they call a 'hiatal hernia', which they blamed it on many years of heavy lifting. basically, it causes my stomach to be pushed into my diaphram, which induces frequent heart burn (20+ times in my case), which eventually led to eating a hole in my esophagus, causing it to bleed, which i eventually puked up. and because of the puking blood thing, it doesn't allow the esophagus to heal.......it's a vicious cycle.
anywho, heart burn meds are taking care of the problem, protonix i believe is what i'm taking, similar to nexium.
moral of the story: if you have frequent heartburn, you might want to get it checked out, otherwise you'll have an anal probe shoved up your nose to pump your stomach of the excess blood. :rasp:

seatedDamn dude, you have some gorilla shoulders to do 110 for 8 slow controlled reps on the dumbell press. I struggle like death to do 115 for 3-4 reps. Do you do them seated or standing?
