Nice, I get better contraction out of declines myself. As a matter of fact on the EMG I think it is shown to be the best contraction for chest, that and Flat DB bench. My best chest contraction other than crossovers of course if the Hammer Strength Decline. I get SICK almost painful contraction there.I love decline bench. I seem to get a great contraction with it.
How was Looper? I am liking the look of it and Bruce Willis and the guy playing him as him young self are great actors. I forget the younger guys name but I have liked him ever since Third Rock from the Sun.SUN 10-21
arms (decline close grip/standing bb curls)
MON 10-22
off
TUE 10-23
flat bench/bent-row combo today..solid session, went a bit heavier than last week
WED 10-24
legs/shoulders
getting things back on track, ducked out to a casino SUN late morning..came back MON afternoon, went to see Looper with my son and ex..work has been picking up too, so not a lot of time to post.

You ever try banded decline, or hammer strength decline? Talk about contraction.Nice, I get better contraction out of declines myself. Banded Hammer Declines? Thought you just meant regular, my bad(or maybe it was the way I worded my post..lol). Bands definitely give them a new twist.Yeah that is what I said was my best contraction over all. Well that and cable cross overs. Which is almost the same movement. I love them. Of course Snags works out at home so he doesn't get to play with the Hammer Strength much if at all.

Man the work pose makes it so blatantly obvious how massive of a shoulder to waist ratio you have! I see the difference in BF but you still look great and big! Maybe even Great Big!couple pics of snag lately.

Yah Ketchup doesn't but mustard does ... good to hear your tearing it up ... same here and I feel real good about it I am growing nicely ... same weight though... waist is disappearing, really getting nuts....lol. ketchup does not make regular appearances at my establishment, to be sure....
i find it refreshing every once in awhile - esp with some drier lean ground beef.
