Before i started his product i could not even grip a bar to squat because of my left elbow and the amount of pain I had.
2 weeks in I was repping 315 for 6-8 reps with 0 pain in my elbow.

It was a miracle drug. Literally.

Given it's a 180ct, and I'm assuming it's a month per bottle (could of course be wrong), that's a lot of actives in one serving! Can you talking about the dosing? Once or twice per day, around workouts, etc.

Did you not look at the pictures on instagram? You can see them under the coating. it says it in the description:

Already saw two videos with mediocre reviews of the Pumpkin Pie Quest bar...and these people got boxes sent to them for free...

Marc Lobliners review was pretty good. They are def worth a shot. I saw about 10 of my friends on Instagram got them, and most of them put them in their top 3 flavors next to cookies and cream and CCCD

he sells them. anything marc sells he likes. we all know that.
