Testosterone gel and proviron... timing matters?

Hi. After a bloodwork showing my Test is extremely low, my Doc has prescribed me Testosterone gel and Proviron (I'm not going to use it for muscle but to treat my erectile dysfunction).

I know Test gel is better in the morning, but I don't know about Proviron.

When is the best moment of the day to use it (it that really matter)??

I'll try to elaborate a bit more my question:

* Estrogen deficiency contribute to decline sexual function:

Soooooo... In order to rise DHT (mainly for libido) and Testosterone, and don't lower too much estrogens (necessary for a good sex drive) I suppouse would be better to take Testosterone first time in the morning and Proviron at night, not together.

Am I right??????

Youre relying on test gels for elevated e2? I doubt it's even that strong. Most older men I knw gave me bad feedback w/ gels. Proviron was prescribed to you for your libido problems so just take it anytime and rely on that more than aromatization from gels. I'd probably use it 2x a day since the half life is 12hrs. That would be my main concern more than what time.

Gels for the most part suck! I see where you've posted various sites. Most guys on here are familiar with the information because we've lived it for years. Now to help us help you, post your labs. Everything you had ran when your T levels were checked.

As I posted there, I've had ED always, and I never could have a good erection (never) and my testicles have been always small (always).
And as I said, I've tried Viagra, Levitra and Cialis with no sucess.

The Docs scan my penis (eco-dopler to see the blood flow, and everything seems normal: penis size, blood flow on the penis, no damage...).

Thats why I insisted my Urologist to try TRT (and Proviron).

If you don't suffer this you can't know how frustrating it is! I would try anything!!!

I skimmed through that log, so did you get yourself checked out by an endo if you have any bigger issues? Dont do a temporary treatment to cover the underlying issue my friend.

TRT+Proviron is my last option.

I've tried all the "magic pills" for ED, and no one works.
I have been scanned for bad blood flow or damage on penis and everything is "normal".

So that's a ****ing mystery!

My last option is TRT+Proviron... and pray...

That's not what I meant. Your bloodwork shows some signs of other underlying problems and yet all you're worried about is your erection. Smh...

Did you see an endocrinologist or you're still seeing the same urologist? I dnt care about the ED pills you take.

That's because my main concern is my lack of erections and low libido... that's what is ****ing my life!

I haven't see an endo, just the same urologist. I don't have had any other symptoms apart from that (I'm active, I sleep well, normal height, weight, appetite ,...). I really never thought in seeing an endo.

Have you been to an endo? Your TSH is low even though it's in range. You could have some thyroid issues that is causing all of your problems. Wouldn't hurt to start there. ED pills are not going to work unless you're horny. You can't get horny if you have no libido. So another words you don't have ED. You have low libido and the cause could vey well be with your thyroid. Go to an endo. Urologists suck and TRT and trying to diagnose endo type problems.

Also the guys on here that are in TRT that really need to be have experienced what you're going through. But you need to find the cause to your problems and not just say hey I need TRT. Go to an endo to have your thyroid tested thoroughly.

I don't loose anything trying it... Time to visit an endo, maybe.
