Test Prop/Tbol Results

It's been awhile since I last posted. Lately I have been helping a close friend train etc and would like to share some results from his past 6 week cycle.

For all you guys who think you need large amounts to get decent results my friend is living proof.

He's a speed power athlete so his goals are slightly different from most.

Goals:
Increase strength, speed, and power.
Increase the ability to recover from workouts

Training:
Mon: Sprints,Jumps,Mb toss,Squats, Bench, Rev Lunges, Tricep ext
Tue: Tempo runs 2x6x100 with abs
Wed: Sprints, Jumps, Mb toss, Cleans, Clean pull, Rdl, Chinups
Thur: Tempo runs 2x6x100 with abs
Fri:Sprints, Jumps, Mb toss, Front squat, Stepups, Push press, Hypers

Diet:
M-W-F Typical day
Meal 1 (Immediatley at wakeup) Hot Green Tea, 2 TBSP of Coconut Oil
Meal 2 (Pre Training)-Whey Protein Shake
Meal 3 (During Training)-Whey Protein Shake mixed with chocolate milk, banana
Meal 4 (Post Training)-Whey Protein Shake mixed with water, banana
Meal 5 (1-2 hours later)-Meats, Fats, Large Veggie Serving
Meal 6 (2-3 hours later)-Whey/Casein Protein Shake w/ added fats
Meal 7 (2-3 hours later)-Meats, Carbs, Large Veggie Serving
Meal 8 (Bedtime, optional)-Whey/Casein Protein Shake, banana

Tue/Thur typical day

Tbol: 210mg per wk
Nolva: 10ed on cycle

Pct:
wk 1, 100 mg clomid, 40 mg Nolva
wk 2, 50 mg clomid, 40 mg Nolva
wk 3, 50 mg clomid, 20 mg Nolva
wk 4, 50 mg clomid, 20 mg Nolva

End Result 6wks
Increase bw: +5
Increase sq: 75lbs
Increase bp: 20lbs
Increase BJ: +6
30m time: 3 tenths

sweet bro i am an athlete and currently on test and methylstenbolone and although i dont start my speed workout till 2 more weeks I feel from just squating, deadlift, leg press etc. my speed and explosiveness improved greatly

If you are a sprinter i would stay away from winny.

im a football player... im taking 500mg of test c and 30mg of m sten right now...next cycle probally gonna be prop 400-500mg/week and tren ace or primo and for the last 4-5weeks winstrol

Why would you stay away from winny?

Seems to work great for sprinters. Improved my 40 by 0.15 seconds. Ben Johnson set the world record with it.

If you are a sprinter i would stay away from winny.

hey mystere i know you played college ball... i have 1 more week of test left and 3 of m sten....the only side I have encountered is painful lower back pumps during deadlifts and especially conditioning and running drills... I def need to start drinking more water and im gonna start taking 7 grams of taurine instead of 3 grams also need to focus on stretching and some more potassium before workouts...did you ever experience anything like this in college when on stuff? Also how long after im done with the test do you think it will subside?

Stretching, water and regular massaging is key to reduce pumps in lower back.

I wouldn't touch tren if your an athlete, trens a bronchial constrictor and would make life harder if your life includes cardio.

Ben Johnson did not take winny he took tbol and furzabol. winny is bad on the joints.

If you have back pumps you are taking tooo much.
