6/4/12 Day 1, wk 5 (75% FOLLOWING INCREASE)
5:10-6:10. This was a quasi deload, think I kind of needed it. The gym was full of kids fresh back from College tonight, ended up working in with 2 other guys on squats. It worked I supposed/

Back Squat 5x5@ 285

Power Clean 5x5@ 140

DB Split Squa 3x6/6 w/20's

Leg Raise 3x15.

Fed from a bit before 12 to a bit after 8. 2851 cals, (215 carbs, 228 protein {plus 36g bcaa}, 116 fats) with an estimated burn or 4050.

Increasing the epi to 50mg tomorrow. This run continues to be very smooth.

Another ball game, another burn day, just under 2k cals, macro's pretty on point. Going to get day two in tomorrow morning.

Nice work on the squats man. Looks like you're getting in the work and sticking to the diet.

Has epi "kicked in" I never ran it so I don't know the signs. What have you experienced so far? Strength/ endurance?

I am certain the epi has kicked in, I have been very alpha and both aggression and strength are up as is vascularity. Leaning out more too I think.

As promised, rolled out before work and got it done. 2 caps epi and stano pre w/o, one each after.

Post Cardio BP check was 140/80 with pulse still hitting 81, Works for me.

Diet is all figured for today so I may as well post it. Started feeding about 10:00, shutting it down around 6:00pm.

3018 cals (158 carbs, 226 protein [plus 42g bcaa], 154 fats) with an estimated burn of 4200.

Next week is the payoff Doc! Will have bumped my training max by 30lbs on squats and deads + 15 on bench in a 6 week span while getting leaner and bigger.

Weighted back ext 3x6 w/100lb db

Behind back bb shrug 3x10 @ 325

Good stuff bro , even at a deload you manage some f*cking big weights for front squat and back extentions!! Keep it up Big man, lets see some BEAST MODE!!

I found that cutting volume by cutting reps allows me to come back the next week w/ out missing a beat while deloading buy cutting weight in half leaves me at least feeling weaker.

Hm...everyone is different I guess , I usually just keep high volume and low weight on a deload but I do get your point , and I kinda feel like trying it better than my usual way haha.

Conceptual mistake Celly! Volume = total work done or total iron moved. This can be done either by reducing reps or weight. Either way you are reducing volume. I have just found I maintain strength better by reducing reps :)

45 Degree Incline Bench 85x10/8/6 (Got too excited, forgot the deload part on these LOL, you can say aggression is up)

Cross Body Hammer Curl 3x5/5 @40's

Seated Concentration curl 30x5/5, 5/5

Planks 5 sets hold 30/rest 20.

Got home and have been rather irritable. Sleep deprivation did not help much. Got the whole F it thing going on. It is what it is.

Fed from 12:30-8:30 2777 cals (245 carbs, 247 protein [plus 42g bcaa), 84 fats) with an estimated burn of 4200.

As an aside, got my SPP Glycomyx tonight, downed a scoop post W/O, is very neutral flavor, but more importantly, it was part of what my body needed.

Tomorrow we are gonna hit Day 1, wk 6. Not sure if I am going to go straight 5x5 @ 325 or just go damn heavy. We'll see how it feels when we get there.

Burn day, gonna break my fast here in a few. Started with a 7.5mi bike ride in93 Degrees :) Had to burn a minimum of 550 cals on that.

Alright, I see now that you have flowed my 5x5 for awhile you are starting to adjust some of its parameters to fit you. That's awesome. After having ran it for awhile how have you been liking it? You have had some really good numbers and not all of them while on cycle.

I have been liking it quite a lot. Am developing a love/hate relationship with power cleans, they are so demanding.

6/12/12 Day 3, wk 6 (Going heavy again) Cycle day 39
4:35-5:50 Started with some crdio warm up and deep calf/hip flexor strectches.

Deads 350x5, 375x3, 390x1 I really think 4 plates is a psychological barrier for me. Felt like I could have hit 5 at 375, at least 2 at 390 but failed at tow attempts at 405. I gotta get past this some damn how.

Front Squat 200x8, 230x6, 275x1 (Felt scary but I nailed it)

Back Extension with 115lb DB held to chest 12/8/8

Behind back shrug 335x12/12/11

Gonna hit the ab work Friday, had to get to the wee man's ball game.

Fed from 11-8. 2799 cals (220 carbs, 219 protein [plus 36g bcaa], 112 fats) with an estimated burn of 4200.

Recounted my caps and actually have enough to run through Saturday at current dosing. WTF, obviously miscalculated somewhere. Anyways, hit some AM cardio via a fasted bike ride today. 27 minutes (about all the time I had, 230 cals). Broke fast after 18 hours at 2:00, dusted a rotisserie chicken, a salad and grapefruit. Days like this, I love lean gains.

Kept it pretty tight today, broke an 18 hour fast at 2:00, fed to a bit after 9. (Does not include a good sized portion of raw baby cut carrots when I got home.) 2008 cals (67 carbs, 205 protein [plus24g bcaa], 99 fats) with an estimated burn of 3650.

Well, today was the last lifting day of this run. Tomorrow is a rest day and I will be finishing the final doses, starting PCT on 6/17/12, going into a deload. That being the case, I hit the iron hard today.

6/15/12 Day 4, wk 5 (going heavy)
4:35-6:05

Standing OH Press (All the way down to my collar bone with ALL reps)
165x5, 175x3, 185x2 200x1 (Really had to grind this one out), 135x10.

45 Degree Incline DB Press 85'sx9/9, 70'sx12 (Focused on getting a good deep stretch on this last set)

Tate Press 50'sx10/9/8

BO 1 arm Row (Running out of DB's tried first 2 sets with stacked EZ Curl Bar) 125x8/8, 135x6/6 Dumbell 120x10/10

Cross Body Hammer Curl 40x10/10. 10/10, 8/8

90 Degree Preacher Iso DB Curl 25x10/10, 30x8/8

Planking 5 cycles 40 second hold, 20 second rest.

Figured with 90 minutes on the iron, I would skip cardio and hit the hot tub.

Dietary: Fed from 12:30-8:45 2938 cals (223 fiber, 250 protein [plus 36g bcaa), 115 fats. Will post pics some time in the next few days. Also, if anyone is interested, gonna log the PCT with Nolva, Endosurge, and Carbonite Stack.

Finished on a solid burn day do hopefully I will be relatively dry for after pics tomorrow. Hit a 33 minute bike ride before a storm kicked up, 319 cals. Fed from a bit before noon till a tad after 8. 1994 cals (87 carbs, 163 protein + 30 g bcaa, 96 fats) est burn of 3600.

Weighed in at 259, down 2lbs and to be honest I was too loose on my diet at times. Momma surprised me with father's day breakfast, do I may not be as dry as I would have liked in the pics (next post). Saw an increase of 25lbs to bench max, 40 to squat and rework to full ROM on oh bb press. I think I added some mass to my Lats and traps and hopefully the pictures will show this. What they won't show is the increased vasculariry I have never had before to this level. Good run with minimal sides.
