Tonight's session KICKED MY ASS! Having read people raving about 6 caps c-20 a day, figured I would bump it up and see what happens.
Day 3, wk3 (85%)
5:05-6:15 (Started with light cardio and deep calf strectches)

Deads 5x5 @325 (for some reason, could not lock out rep 5 on set 3, reminded myself that was BS and hit all 5 reps on sets 4 and 5)

Front Squat 170x8/8, 180x8 (Getting to para on these, another 15lb jump)

Back Raise w/85# DB
10/10/10

BB Shrugs 3x12 @300

Planks 5 reps with 35 second hold, 30 second rest.

Fed from 12-8. Dietary: 2616 cals (193 carbs, 230 protein [plus 40 g bcaa], 106 fats) estimated burn 4150.

How long you running Compund 20 for? I just read up on it...I wasn't familiar with it. It looks pretty damn awesome. People were comparing it to Clen. Not as strong but triggering the same receptors...interested to see how you feel about this when you're done!!

Am seeing some results but of course given that this is a stack, can't say it is just the c-20. Am liking it so far. Gonna run it till the bottle is gone, am on day 17, going to 6 caps/day is of course going to shorten the run.

Rolled out on 10g bcaa and 2 scoops of jack3d for some fasted cardio. 32 minutes, 231 cals. Gonna have to put lifting off till tomorrow as my youngest has his first Little League game tonight. The season is much more demanding than pee wee league so I may have to switch to a 3 day 5x5 routine such as Strong Lifts.

Just shift your workouts as needed. Sometimes instead of taking only wed off during the week I take we'd and thurs. or I take wed and fri and sun off. I have to shift them around to fit my schedule, but I don't think it has really hindered anything. In fact at times I've been on sort of a rolling week with them.

That's what I am hoping I can do, they may actually play 4-5x's/wk.

Rolled out for a fasted session, deload week, so I figured it would be ok even on squat day.

Day 1, wk 4 (60%)
12:15-1:00
Squat 5x5 @ 215 (did these squatting down to a milk crate w/3 45's under it. Did not hit it every rep but got closer w/ each set, did hit on some however)

Power cleans 5x5 at 105.

Split squat (still really working on form for these, learning how to get proper foot placement helps)
Bwx6/6, 10's w/no balance assist 6/6, Bulgarian style no assist w/ 10's 4/4.

Leg raise 15 (switched to lying) 20/20.

Wrapped things up with 30 min variable resist cardio - 182 cals.

Today was another deload day. You can either reduce your weights or reduce your reps to cut volume. Today, for a change I mixed and matched those options.

Day 2, wk 4
5:25-6:00

Bench 5x5@165

BW Dip 3x4 reps

BO BB Row 3x10 @100

Assisted Pull Up 3x4 at 200.

Close Grip Bench 3x4@185

Started doing some cardio then after about 10 minutes just kind of said "F it, did this **** yesterday, gonna hit it tomorrow too".

Dietary for today: Fed from 12:30-8:30 (Due to deload, reduced intake a bit)
2466 cals (180 carbs, 205 Protein [plus 40g bcaa], 107 fats) with an estimated burn of 3800.

Turns out Rick is sore from his deload too.. I never considered the higher reps would do that at the weight I was using...

got some thoughts on C20?
I am seeing a definitive increase in vascularity, so I am assuming I am leaning out despite minimal scale movement. Obviously, that could be attributable to the Erase Pro (and or the Pro Xanathine) as it tends to have that effect on me but this seems a bit more "intense" for lack of a better term. Have also noted some nice jumps in the iron I was handling on some lifts, for example, had no doubt Tuesday that I could have pushed that 185 in close grips for 8-10 reps but stopped at 4 because it is deload week, when I started working this back into my routine, I think I was at either 155 or 165 for 10. That is a pretty damn nice jump.

I am holding lots of my size as well but some water too, it seems to be up and down and when I eat carbs I really turn into a sponge. I am thinking it's the c20 so it will be interesting to know if I flush out. No problem holding water you just have to give yourself time to flush out afterwards then you see big changes.

Then we should see some huge changes with my cycle I start next week!

As has sort of become my Friday tradition, pulling a "double" again today. Started with fasted AM cardio, 28 minutes, 222 cals.

5/4/12 Day 4, wk 4 (Deload/60%, went with lower weights on most push movements to let the shoulder and elbow/wrist heal a bit more)
4:30-5pm (Started with some light RC work.)

Standing OH BB Press 5x5 @ 120

Inc DB PRess 3x10@40's

BO DB Row 3x4@120

Tate Press 3x 5 @40's

Cross Body Hammer Curls 3x12@20

Old Style Nautilus Ab Crunch 3x30@100

Hit a second round of cardio, changed it up a bit. Variable resistance, up and down the river at 35/40/45/35/30% max resist in 5 minute stages with a all out "sprint" the last 60 seconds of each stage. 25 minutes total, 228 cals. That is a total of 55 minutes of cardio for 450 cals today.

Dietary figures tonight are part guess work as my brother was up from North Carolina at my mom's so I ate what was on hand post w/o, Pulled pork loin, strawberries, bananna. Fed from 11:30-9:00. 2600 cals (153 carbs, 243 protein [plus 52g bcaa], 114 fats.) estimated burn of 4120.

Hitting the last doses of c20 tomorrow, will take final stats and post pics.

If anyone is interested (Green, this is pretty much due to your request so I had better see you!), you can follow my unsponsored Epi/Stano 200/DHEA patch 6 week run here: http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplement-reviews-logs/200609-tamans-epic-push.html#post3369150

Ok Gents, weighed in this AM at 261, same place we started. Waist was down to 39.5 and 40.5 at the Navel, so that is down .5 inch for each. Obviously despite the non movement of "the needle" there was some definite fat loss. All in all, this was a good run. Saw a notable increase in both strength and vascularity, burned some fat and held on to all my muscle despite some pretty significant deficits. Can't really sort out what did what, but as a whole, this was a pretty nice run.
