don't know...I am curious what reps have to say!!!I hope that the t2 continues to work the way it has been. I have been cutting down pretty well. Does anyone know if the results wear off and the body goes back to what it was before like lots of other supps?

before my knee got so bad I used to jump rope 3 minutes between sets...great for cutting!!!I honestly think that the combo of T2 and a high paced/rep weight routine has been what is giving me such awesome results

I wish there were building where i am at right now. I used to do 2 miles every morning with an entire set of stadium stairs between each lap but i dont have a stadium eitherfind a building preferable 20 floors or more and climb stairs...I used to do this at my aunts apt building downtown indy. after awhile I started wearing ankle weights and did this for over 10 years. but trust me ankle weights are totally unnecessary when starting out
Any final updates on your thoughts on LL T2?I wish there were building where i am at right now. I used to do 2 miles every morning with an entire set of stadium stairs between each lap but i dont have a stadium either
