swollen lymph nodes

So my brother is in week 1/2 of sdmz maxlmg cycle, sdmz at 2 caps max lmg at 75. Starting on day 4 his lymph nodes got really swollen, body aches and high bp headaches. Todays day 8 the body aches and headaches are gone, he did not take yesterday pm dose of sdmz (1cap) or todays am dose of sdmz and the lymph nodes have not gotten any better any suggestions?
As of now hes going to go back into 1 cap of sdmz tomorow and take it from there.

Edit: hes taking all other supports/supps as planned. Both times when I ran sdmz I got swollen lymph nodes and body aches starting day 3 and ending day 6.

On cycle your immune system can become suppressed just because of suppression of your HPTA. Many guys get sick on cycle cuz of this. It sounds like he's just sick.
