yes...it wont have any bearing on anything assuming they are both reliable brands.

No....obviously the human grade is better, but its OK to go from one to the other...

So long as they
(1) actually contain TE
(2) are dosed within a reasonable percent of what's on the label. I'd even go as high as +/- 10% for a discrepency.
it should be good to go.
