XFactor 1250mg/day for 50days
-should take 2 wks for the XFactor to kick in
Pulse
Superdrone 10-20mg/day wks 3-4 followed by 5mg pre/post workout wks 5-7
Diet will be clean with above maintanance calories
Light cardio on off days as needed
Workouts will be 3-4 times per week
-intense 30+min full body workout
