superdrol and ergomax

I am needing some help guys. I am running superdrol for3 weeks at 2x a day using liver protectants and othe things necessary for this. I have some of the orignal ergomax and am wondering if I should run this after the superdrol cycle or should just give my body the break. I am in my late thirtys. Thanks for your help

I'd run either the SD or the Ergo for 4 weeks on, then 6-8 off. Don't go back to back with 2 methylated orals. It's asking for trouble.
