What's a good dose for USPLabs Super Cissus for healing joint injuries? Cissus has been a staple for me after I discovered it years ago with my shoulder issues. It helped me get back into lifting from a bad shoulder dislocation years ago.
I've been lifting again for about a year, making good progress from too long of a break and had a minor dislocation with my shoulder again. It subluxed - popped out and back in again on it's own. 4 caps/day of USPLabs Super Cissus has been a staple for me while I train.
It's still not healing as fast as I'd like. Is there a benefit to upping the dose from 4 caps a day? Also, if I do up the dosage, will I become tolerant of it and have to maintain the higher dose, or will I be able to drop back down to 4 caps a day for general maintenance?
