Hey guys running epi at 30/30/40/40/40/40
I know its not the best bulker but only second cycle and I want to ease up to the more hardcore stuff. Last cycle of epi was 30/30/30/40 I gained 9 lbs of mass in that time and for pct I retained like 8 lbs of it.....so My diet last time was
Carbs-450-500g's protien- 300gs fats-80-90
I did put on some fat and I am wondering If I can adjust my diet and still make good muslce gains without that much fat gain.
Any ideas to adjustments?
