Study: Ibuprofen and Tylenol blunt protein metabolism

I was reading through some old studies tonight and thought I would share this one regarding Ibuprofen and Tylenol. Chronic use of either was shown to blunt post exercise protein synthesis.

They sure do, this is why I tell people not to take advil as part of the ECA stack.

I'm friends with a pro boxer and he uses ibuprofen to help prevent gains, while he works on increasing strength, so that he can remain in a lower weight class.
