Yeah, you're good. I didn't notice a huge reduction in DOMS only from BMP, so tht will be a good marker for you.

I had a similar situation with a few tubs earlier as well. What worked was to grind it up in a food processor and then throw the tub into the freezer.

Same here guys, feel like I've been killing my self. Been doing weights/cardio every morning and cardio at night. Taking Sunday's off completely. Body feels abused haha

To be honest I want to try it but I'm already overloaded/overwhelmed with supplements.

I'm at about 15% bodyfat and take epitome and ammo. Which of those supplements would you replace with strafe if you were me? Trying to maintain the PH mass gains (and hopefully keep gaining) on an OG Helladrol cycle I'm about to finish. Of course I always want to lose fat or recomp, but I need to seriously start being a little more selective on my supplement usuage.
