I have been running epi @ 20mg for 14 days but need to stop early due to me picking up an untraining related injury that means I now can’t train. Will I ok with an OTC/natural PCT or will I still need something such as nolva?

I personally wouldn't bother with a SERM after two weeks of epistane at a relatively low dose.

It couldn't hurt to run a natty t-booster, but it's unlikely it'll make much of a difference.

Past usage history, age, hpta status pre cycle, future long term trt/hrt plans?

What I am getting at is my answer would be different if this was the only hormone you ever used and you are a robustly healthy 22-year-old vs a guy cycling for a decade with a "recovered post pct" test level of 400ng/dl with no desire for kids and plans to trt for life starting soon.

This. Just run some sustain alpha or optimize T
