stomach upset/heartburn from Relora

I have been taking 600mg daily for stress reduction but noticed 2 days ago some stomach
issues.
I am unsure if it is related to Relora or too much caffeine the day
it began
Wondering if anyone else has had issues?

More likely to be caffeine but nothing is impossible.

Take with more water.
Take immediately prior to eating or after.
Split dose up.

If all else fails try something else as there are many options in that category.

Thanks so much. Really appreciate the feedback.
I cut back on caffeine amount
yesterday and it was fine.
Today I was careful with breakfast also.
Going to see how the day goes.
My naturopath RXd due to elevated cortisol blood test despite fact I have
NO pituitary gland so on full replacement now (brain tumor gobbled it up and in 2003 lost it during surgery to remove
the tumor)
